These are most of the poems I currently have, not all of them but most of them. They will be some what organized, and will be non chronological.
The Sun gifts the surface with its glow
Though the beneath goes unstained
Warmth so deeply repelled by indigo
Icy and serrated currents go uncontained
Photosynthesis is made useless
We're reminded that tragedy is ruthless
I used to be a mermaid, then I got up and scaled my tail
I made a silly trade, but only realised as I lie upon the shale
The seagulls perch to pick my scabs clean
Brand new legs and a newer squeaky sheen
I gasp as gills disolve beneath
Lungs force air between my teeth
Missed my exit a while back,
I'm just waiting for us to get to the station.
All these stops look just the same!
It's been too long, the skies gone black
Its been too long, this sick fixation
way too long, aint it a shame?
I cannot live I never could
I never learned my bones from wood
Nausea
Nausea
The sea calls for me
It's hungrier than I thought it'd be
I pace around the shale for days
The horizon catches me in a daze
Blue
Blue
Nothing else to do
I slip out of my sandals, in with the new
Years gone by like house fires
Smoke stings and sours my eyes
Last years girl dances across pyres
Bridges burn and memories are repeated wrong
After it clears I can smell the rust
Frayed burnt fabric, layers of dust
Open me, surgically
You'll see I was made imperfectly
I swear to you, I'll lie still
I won't flinch when I hear the drill
Sing out how I'll change
Remove what made me strange
Open me, open me
Tell me what you see
Am I hollow am I brimming
What am I meant to be
I feel my head is swimming
So open up and tell me
I cannot love my shadow
She's hidden in the dark
I cannot love my shadow
She beats without a heart
I would not love my shadow
She brings us both to tears
I do not love my shadow
I'm the headlights she's the deer
Plastic shells thrum in the dark
Little sensors beep and blink
We forge a sky of synthetic sparks
Endless expanse forgotten as we drink
Smog suffocates our eyes and lungs
We taste ambrosia on our tounges
Forget the animal, the sea, the stars
A shining future, only ours
thinking i might be dead
buzzing drawing near
there's a fork in the road up ahead
i just froze like a deer
sit up in my bed, sit and wait
something, shifting deep outside
the lack of eyes that caught me by surprise
Cameras touch each passers by
I love each gaze that pins my eyes
This form of theatre moves my heart
I am remade by my image, newer art
See the lenses, don't ask why
Wait for it to fall apart
This is where I'll live
In late night notes and silent song
This is how I'd die
Stale words strung along
Friction burns against the pavement
Sun burns against my replacement
While the night air is clammy
I can't help but thing that day light is uncanny
Green with envy Green with love
Sickly smell from skies above
Pulsing pus under my skin
Sinew snaps and lets me in
Green with envy, chlorophyll
What I want, it makes me ill
Adams apple, thorn in throat
Purple fingers start to bloat
Our casings press together,
warm with thrumming
lights and rushing blood.
Two lovers, not so different.
Two lovers, You and I. Electric sparks
fly as wires cross,
plastic and meat warp
into each other.
Sinew and rubber distort
to hold one another.
Veins, wires both join
In a new and eternal bliss
full of ignorance.
Blinded by invisible signals
That beep and repeat:
I love you
Your brain in my skull, then that panic begins
I can tell you're afraid, I can feel your adrenaline
Surgery success, and I'm sure you're impressed
Though I can't quite recall which heart's in our chest
Semi sterile scalpels are my tools, you the muse
How I pray to repay you the worship you're due
I reopen old scabs because I can't stand the closure
I drip down my legs and I keep my composure
I'd prefer to remain unseen, but then I wouldn't be
Keeping it together, my reflections are my reference
I dance around more social minds, words woven just to hide
Silencing my soul with such a sick sense of reverence
Hands shield my eyes, my sacred windows to and from
Nothing in and nothing out
It spares my heart and keeps me numb
Sigh and wheeze that “This is what it's all about”
Through the voyeurs and the doubt
Stagnation doesn't scare me cause I know what it does
Stagnation doesn't scare me cause I just need that buzz
A buzzing in my brain in my skull in my lungs
The hiss of the smoke of the smog of my drugs
When unseen by someone, I really only need the chemicals
Unseen by them, is when the tar invades my ventricles
I'd be an exhibit as long as you'll see me
Take a break from your heaven, get down on your knees
